Piston Pin or Gudgeon Pin is a connecting link between the piston and the connecting rod. The pin design is challenging, especially in the case of small, high-revving automotive engines. Piston Pins are carefully developed through extensive research and precision work with a smoother surface allowing equal hardness on all sides of the Piston Pins.
MAL offers a variety of Piston Pins for the complete scope and for main and auxiliary engines. Piston Pins are made in various alloy steel, heat treated and super finished in the range of 10mm to 140mm Dia. and 30mm to 400mm in length and covering all applications of Automobiles, Tractors, Diesel and Industrial Engines. The hardness of the pins is maintained between 55 Hrc to 60 Hrc, Which can be altered according to customer's need or OEM specifications.
